When a woman gets married, it's the traditional responsibility of her mother to see to it that the bride gets just the kind of wedding she wants. But what happens when the bride IS the mother? What if she's getting married for the second time before her daughter has even had a chance to walk down the aisle the first time? That's the premise of the debut novel by TV journalist Francesca Segre called Daughter of the Bride.
