It is time for the United States to reduce immigration -- both legal and illegal -- says a prominent expert on immigration policy. Mark Krikorian, himself the grandson of Armenian immigrants, is executive director of the Washington, DC-based Center for Immigration Studies. CIS research shows, he says, that America can no longer afford mass immigration. Krikorian makes the argument in his book "The New Case Against Immigration."
