Claudia Roden “Arabesque”

Claudia Roden has established herself as a leading authority on Middle Eastern and North African food, but in her latest book, called “Arabesque,” she does something a bit different. In this book, Roden offers not only 150 recipes, as well as stories and luscious full-color photos, but she has divided the book into three distinct sections, to cover the cuisines of Morocco, Turkey and Lebanon.
