The Apostle Paul may be one of the most misunderstood figures in the Bible’s New Testament. He has certainly been controversial, called, at various times, anti-Semitic, a misogynist, even a tool of Satan.
Now Pulitzer Prize winning author Garry Wills comes to Paul’s defense, with a fresh reading of his letters and some historical perspective. Wills’ book is called “What Paul Meant.”
