Jennifer Granholm “A Governor’s Story”
September 20th, 2011
Jobs, jobs, and jobs. Are those the three most important issues facing the country today, or what? But in Michigan, they had to face this crisis years ago, under Democratic Governor Jennifer Granholm.
In her two terms as governor her state came to symbolize the kind of economic crisis the rest of the country now faces.
In her book “A Governor’s Story” Granholm — and her co-author, her husband Dan Mulhern — explain what happened to Michigan, what they did to turn it around, and why Granholm says it can and should be a model for the nation.
