When it comes to your psychological health, are you normal? We all want to be normal. But it turns out, even the medical community has trouble pinpointing what is “normal.”
About the best we can do is define “abnormal,” and if you’re not abnormal, you must be normal.
Now, Harvard psychiatrist Jordan Smoller proposes a new way to look at the normal-abnormal spectrum. In his book “The Other Side of Normal” Smoller explains how the human mind defies easy categorization.
