A nine-year-old girl mysteriously appears at a widow’s door one snowy night in 1985, as Keith Donohue‘s novel “Angels of Destruction” opens. Margaret Quinn, for reasons of her own, takes the little girl in and “adopts” her, as the granddaughter she never had. Little Norah is no ordinary little girl, however, and as Donohue’s story unfolds many more questions emerge than answers.
