Is the Republican Party the party of old white guys? That may be the perception, acknowledges Margaret Hoover, but the Fox News commentator, former Bush White House aide, and millennial ditto head says the GOP can be so much more than old white guys.

Hoover is concerned that the Republican Party is falling out of step with the rising generation of young Americans.In her new book “American Individualism” Hoover writes her prescription for a literal rejuvenation of the party her great-grandfather, President Herbert Hoover, once led.And her contention is that millennials’ values are much more closely in line with Republican principles than those young voters may realize.
