So Walters self-published his book “The Race,” which is about a young, charismatic African-American man who’s about to become the first black president of the United States – if he lives long enough. The book has a “Da Vinci Code”-like plot involving hidden aspects of American history, including the mystery of a man whose face can be made out on the back of a two-dollar bill.
