Timothy Goeglein “The Man in the Middle”
October 13th, 2011

For nearly eight years Timothy Goeglein was a key aide to President George W. Bush, serving as a liaison with the President’s faith-based backers. He had an office next door to the White House, access to the President, and a sterling reputation.

Until he was caught up in a plagiarism scandal that cost him his job.
But it was when he was at the lowest point of his life that he says he experienced grace and mercy — from George W. Bush.
And now in a book called “The Man in the Middle,” Goeglein presents his insider account of the Bush presidency, in which he says a strong faith was the foundation for courageous decisions on everything from stem-cell research to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
